1. Introduction

Welcome to WorldGen Videography (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging our services.

2. Services

We provide videography, photography, drone, and video editing services as outlined on our website. Each project or shoot may have additional terms agreed upon in writing between you and WorldGen.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All footage, photographs, and edited videos remain the intellectual property of WorldGen Videography, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Once full payment is received, you are granted a license to use the final deliverables for personal, business, or promotional use.

  • You may not sell, resell, or modify our content without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to use footage for portfolio, website, and social-media promotion, unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all filming locations are accessible and safe.

  • The client is responsible for obtaining permits or permissions required for filming on private or restricted property.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and collaborate with our creative direction during filming.

7. Drone Operations

When drone services are included, flights are conducted under CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulations. Flights may be delayed or cancelled due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.

8. Revisions

  • Each project includes 2 rounds of reasonable revisions as stated in your package.

  • Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at $40 per revision.

9. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods listed on your invoice.

  • Late payments may incur a [5% per-week fee].

  • We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

10. Liability

While every care is taken during filming and post-production, WorldGen is not liable for:

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical issues, accidents, or data loss).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

11. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any non-public footage or materials will not be shared or published without your consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled through NSW courts or tribunals.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
